Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be 18 years old to work as a courier with Stuart?

No! You only need to be 16 or older and have a guardian’s permission to work. Stuart is one of the few apps where you don’t need to be an adult.

When will I receive my bonus?
Once you complete your first delivery, the bonus will be credited to your City Drive account during your first payout. If you complete 50 deliveries in a week, that bonus will appear in your account two weeks after you meet the requirement.

I switched to City Drive from another partner, where I was already working as a Stuart courier. Am I eligible for the promotion?
Yes, if you switched to us from another partner, you are a new Stuart courier with City Drive and are eligible for the promotion. You can earn a 100 PLN bonus for your first delivery and an additional 200 PLN bonus for completing 50 deliveries in a week.
Can I quit after the first delivery and still get the bonus?
Yes, you can stop after the first delivery and still receive your bonus. However, keep in mind that your first payout each month has a ZUS fee. If you’re not a student, you’ll need to earn at least 350 PLN to settle the contract. If you have another job where you earn the minimum wage, you’ll need to make at least 295 PLN. If you earn less, your earnings will be carried over to the next settlement period.
Can bonuses be combined?

Yes, bonuses do combine! You can receive the bonus for your first delivery along with the bonus for completing 50 deliveries in a week, as long as you meet both requirements.
